During this appointment, I will complete a very extensive, thorough evaluation of your symptoms and concerns and develop an individualized treatment plan. This comprehensive exam is the first step towards Myofunctional Therapy with me. Following this appointment, a complete detailed report will be written to share with your doctor. Please be sure to follow your email instructions prior to this examination because I need you to send me photos before the examination!
